Your first day#

You begin in a battered shack on a rainy morning with Mara. Walk through the open exit to reach the farm; right-click the exterior door when you want to enter again. Clear clutter, grow food and repair home. Head through the farm's southern gate to visit Latch, right-click the south-facing doors beneath the CO-OP sign on the northern east-side plot, and speak with Otto at the counter to buy seeds and supplies.

Farm work#

Food restores stamina, including all fish; higher-quality fish restore more. Select food and press Space or left-click clear world space to eat. Fishing costs 8 stamina only when the bobber lands in valid water; missed casts are free. The scythe is free to use. Ground tools and fishing have different energy rules: see home/stamina and fishing.

The watering can holds 40 water. Face the pond or lake from its bank and use the can to refill for free. Watering costs two energy and one water per tile. Empty tilled soil can revert while sleeping; planted crops are protected. Right-click a ripe crop to harvest with any selection. Left-click harvesting still works with no action tool equipped. Crafting and storage#

Drag items between hotbar slots during play, or between hotbar and backpack in the scrapbook. The Crafting tab has category tabs, recipe pages and ingredient tooltips. Click Fence to craft 10 Wood into 1 Fence, move it to the hotbar and place it on nearby clear farm ground with a click or Space. Neighboring fences connect; an axe recovers them. The Journal tab lists people you have met, six-heart relationships, discovered birthdays and up to six known loved gifts. Click a resident; wheel or drag the ledger scrollbar to browse. Ask birthdays in conversation; select a sellable item in your hotbar and choose Give 1 in conversation to give a gift. Each resident accepts one gift per day and two per week; two checkboxes on their Journal row show weekly usage. Map remains a placeholder. Crafting rules

Craft a Wooden chest for 50 Wood under Crafting → Home. Place it on clear farm ground, then right-click it to transfer items. Each chest holds 36 stacks. Shift-click transfers quickly; an empty chest can be recovered with an axe. Chest contents save when you sleep. Storage rules

Fishing#

Equip the rod (0 on a new farm) beside a clear pond/lake bank. Watch the bobber; hook when ! appears, reel when REEL lights up, and counter pulls in the opposite direction. Mistake-free fish catches show Perfect!

Trading#

Deposit produce, forage, fish and materials into the community exchange bin near the cabin. Items sell the next morning for Marks; retrieve them before morning if needed. Spend Marks on unlimited supplies at Otto's co-op, or select carried goods there and Sell 1/Sell stack for immediate payment at the same exchange-bin prices. Trading rules

Saving#

Sleeping is the only gameplay save point. Natural dawn and quitting do not save. Each named farm has an independent checkpoint and previous-save fallback; existing legacy saves remain supported. Leaving before sleeping loses that day's unsaved progress. Save details
